Shipping Policy

Shipping is only accessible Monday through Friday, which are considered business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days, nor are holidays.

  • Delivery schedules for IT services differ depending on the services and the terms of the in-person agreement.
  • Standard IT product shipping takes between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the needs and customizations.

Refund policy

To use the services and products, Clikzop charges and collects in advance.

  • Until they are formally cancelled in writing, all monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions automatically renew on the date they are supposed to, in accordance with the purchase date.
  • Clients can withdraw at any moment by sending an email.
  • Customers who cancel will not receive credits or reimbursements for any portion of a month’s service.
  • Consumers can change their service subscription plan at any moment, either up or down.
  • The consumer must contact the customer support staff at support@clikzop.com in order to upgrade or reduce their subscription of any type.
