We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager with 1–2 years of experience, preferably from an IT industry background. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients, resolving issues, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. Key Responsibilities:  Act as the main point of contact for clients.  Handle client queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.  Resolve client issues in coordination with the technical/development team.  Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.  Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress.  Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.  Ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.  Maintain proper documentation of client communications and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications:  1–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Client Handling.  IT industry background preferred.  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).  Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills.  Ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally.  Good coordination and follow-up skills.  Basic understanding of IT services, websites, mobile apps, or software projects.
